Forget Me Not

More nails of the day photos!
I don't know why I find it harder to grow my nails long now :(

OPI Don't Pretzel My Buttons
Lovely nude for a moot!

Essie Smooth Sailing
One of my favorites! It's really smooth and awesome formula that glides over the names. I love the shade and the shimmer!!

Cirque Ophelia
Layered over Essie Smooth Sailing.
Ophelia is one of my favorite nail polishes of all time!! I love that periwinkle colour an the mix of glitters of all sizes, makes it perfect for a gradient. Unfortunately I haven't touched it for a long time and it dried up. In an attempt to save it I added in some clear polish - but I think it was probably some top coat so now the nail polish is so gloopy and thick :( boohoo... Should I purchase a new bottle?

Ah I should really wear Essence A Lovely Secret again before it dries up too... Return to my old favorites?

Color Club Wild at Heart
Awesome formula too, holo effect is better in real life! But idk if its my current lighting or the angle I can't capture the holographic effect very well.

The good old days

My nail polish painting frenzy started around this time last year... Okay maybe a bit later in April?

When the OPI New York City Ballet Collection came out  I saw it on a few blogs. I was sick of school so I headed out to the DYON Stall and got myself the mini set and China Glaze Techno.

And that was the point of no return.

Essence C'rest La Vie! (93)
Bright coral that almost matched my bedsheets. It's very very similar to Etude House Dreams of a Girl :)
Perhaps a tad bit darker.

Then I did scallop nails to match my watermeleon shoes. The green used is Essence Viva La Green (79).
I have no idea why it looks so brownish though.

Tony Moly Milky Way (Peppermint)
This is a dupe of the Deborah Lippmann Glitter in the Air.
I also have the Innisfree version from the yoghurt collection, #84 Peppermint Yoghurt but I haven't tried that.
This is 1 coat of the Tony Moly on China Glaze Sea Spray.
I didn't really quite like the opaque look a lot so next time I'll try over a jelly sky blue, if I have one.

China Glaze I Herd That
Surprise favourite for me of all the China Glaze I got last year!
So sparkly and flattering.
And it's very easy to apply :D
Love, love it.
Need to wear it again when the sun comes out.

Essie She's Picture Perfect
There is supposed to be a hidden pink shimmer, but it's hardly visible even in real life. Wish what was in the bottle translated a bit more onto the nails.
I think the formula was a little hard to work with too.
This was so long ago.

Vintage Rose Nails
Fail.
I don't know, they look like blobs of...?
I used China Glaze Refresh Mint for base, with Etude House Dreams of a Girl and Essence Enchanted Fairy (36) for the flower and Essence Viva La Green (79) for the leaves.

Skin Food Under The Sea
From Skin Food Party Tox Nails, it's serial number is 10.
I love the cute bottle. It's a dupe for Deborah Lippmann's Mermaid Dream, just like Innisfree #101 Girl's Skirt from the Poem Collection.
I'm actually wearing the Innisfree one now, I like it a bit more because it's got a bit more gold bits than the Skin Food one.
I also have Skin Food Party Tox Nails #9 Mermaid Teal, it's more jelly-ish and still in the untrieds :(

Innisfree #85 Raspberry Yoghurt
I promise I'll wear this again with better filed nails and take a better picture. This is 1 coat over OPI You Callin' Me a Lyre. Love this so much!!
Random Crayon Manicure Haul. It's a Japanese brand and I got them at $2 each from the $2 shop in Liang Court!

More posts coming up :D
I really should be doing work instead.

My stash!

I must have thrown my blog into oblivion.

Now I'm on to another hurried and busy moment, and I seriously can't decide which of these babies from my stash to pack :(
Just bear with me for a moment!

(And why did blogger change back to the old way of uploading photos or is there something wrong with my computer? It's so slow and troublesome!)

Presenting my stash!

Lovely pastel cremes from Etude House.

Stripers.I haven't actually tried them yet :/

Tony Moly Yoghurts and Shimmers. The shimmers are really gorgeous. Shimmering sky and green!

The Megan Millers :D I love the cork but I heard it gives problems.

The random $2 "crayon" polishes from the Jap shop.

The A Englands. I'm bringing all!

The Face Shop and Skin Food ones. Love the Skin Food Party Tox Glitters! Seriously like mermaid nails :D

Innisfree! Love the Christmas Collection, I am wondering if I should get the remaining 2 glitters!

More Innisfree :)
We have the yoghurts, and crazy glitters from the horoscope collection.

More Etude House. I haven't tried the Juicy Cocktail Gradient nails thing yet, on the right is the Party My Nails Glitters.
Crazy collection of Essence polishes. Gosh.

My only 3 Essies? I love the Smooth Sailing and She's Picture Perfect!

taisu, Cirque, Zoya, Barielle. One of each!

Deborah Lippmanns. Luxury at my fingertips seriously.

From left to right.
Some Korean Pink Shimmer layering thing that's really good!
My only Orly.
Jordana Carnival, the Deborah Lippmann Across The Universe Dupe.
Kleancolors
My first and only Indie, Lush Lacquer Mr Bubble!

China Glaze pastels!

The OPI NYC Ballet Collection :)

Some OPI Nudes?

OPI blues. Gosh I (only) have OPI nudes and blues.

The other OPIs, but I think half of them aren't genuine...

More china Glaze! From the summer neons, Rainstorm (what I'm wearing now) and some Christmas ones.

China Glaze On Safari and Wicked collection.

China Glaze crazy glitters. And one of my favourite Fairy Dust (which is getting really thick by the way).

And the topcoats, basecoats.
I haven't tried all yet. Hope the Essie Good To Go is really good though :)

That's about it!

I'll try to post reviews soon :D

Meanwhile I need to rush out then come decide which to pack! My luggage is seriously exploding.

Instagram

Here are some quick Instagrams! Mostly of nails haha.
And a few random ones below!
Tape manicure, with Essence I wanna be your sunshine (Yellow) and Essence You Belong to Me (Mint).
Both have subtle shimmers and are very summery and nice!

I must say I'm hitting a rock bottom with topcoat.
My Seche Vite became so groopy that no amount of Seche Restore is doing any good.
The OOD hologram topcoat gives me matte tips.
I bought the Poshe topcoat and it doesn't work very well, I get matte tips and bubbles. I never knew how irritating bubbles are until this. Another $10 wasted.
Maybe I'll try Essie Good To Go but I'm not sure where I can get it in Singapore.

Essence Cookies and Cream. This was without a topcoat because topcoat just destroys everything.

New China Glaze Wicked Collection for Halloween!
L: Glitter Globin - full of red, silver and holographic glitter in a clear base!
R: Make a Spectacle - iridescent hex and micro glitter overlay. I have a feeling my coming soon Innisfree polish is gonna have a dupe.

Essie Smooth Sailing.
One of my new random favourites!
I can't believe I bought it (with She's Picture Perfect - I'm wearing it now) just because I want to get the 2 for $14 deal. But it turned out great, periwinkle shimmer and perfect formula, just one coat!

Makes me regret getting the OPI I Don't Give a Rotterdam because the effect is the same but the colour is so much prettier!

Pardon the lack of clean up. I admit I hardly do it :(
Anyway this is OPI Pirouette My Whistle and Kleancolor Silver Star sandwiched between Megan Miller Lemon Ice.
I love the shade of pastel yellow! But it kinda took quite long to dry.

Holographic goodness, like a night sky!

Okay yeah, that was China Glaze Fairy Dust over OPI Ink.
Night sky worthy!
And a dupe for Deborah Lippman Across The Universe.
Jordana Carnival :)

If my memory doesn't fail, the alternate fingers are different polishes. I can't remember which is which because they pass off each other so well and I wore this out. I don't think anyone can tell the difference because I can't.
I believe the DL base is slightly darker but otherwise Jordana has a more opaque base and coverage is better. Much more price friendly too!

And the rest:
Scrapbooking!

:D

Mr Polar Bear is huge!

Pizza hut 2 for $10 deals on Tuesday :D
Need to watch NDP fireworks!

Window making. After so long.

Balls and balls of yarn waiting to be turned into knit scarves and pullovers!
